Easy recipe of Green Chilies(Mirchi) for serving with all types of Biryani's

Mirchi Ka Salan |
10 Green Chilies
1 Lemon size tamarind dissolved in 1 cup of hot water
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup roasted dry coconut
1 medium sized onion sliced
10 curry leaves
3 spoons oil
salt to taste
Preparation:
Masala Paste:
Slightly brown the onions in a pan and make it into smooth paste along with roasted coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts adding waster as required.
Cooking:
Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan and fry the chilies till light brown and keep it aside.
In the same pan add mustard, cumin, nigella and curry leaves.
Add the masala paste and fry for 5 min till you see oil floating on the top of masala.
Now add dissolved tamarind paste and 1 cup water or more for a desired gravy's consistency and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fried green chilies to the curry and cook for 2 more minutes.
Switch off the stove. Mirchi Ka Salan is ready to serve. Serve this with any Biryani.
