Raita for Biryani
Ingredients:

500 grams of Curd or Plain Yogurt
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
1 Green Chili De-seeded and chopped
5 stems of Mint and Coriander each finely chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Take Curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it until smooth.
Add Chopped Onions, chili, Mint, Coriander and Salt to taste.
Mix all well. Add water if needed.
Raita is ready to serve.
