Easy Fudge Brownie Desert Receipe under 45 Minutes

Ingredients:

150 Grams of Dark Chocolate
100 Grams of Plain Flour
100 Grams of Sugar
100 Grams of UnSalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 Eggs
Pinch of Salt 

Preparation

Preheat Oven to 175°C | 350°F
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking oil and line with parchment paper ; set aside.
Melt the Chocolate and Butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water ; set aside to cool.

Cooking:

Add Sugar to Melted Chocolate and Butter ; Whisk well for about a minute.
Add 3 Eggs and vanilla Essence ; Beat for another minute.
Sift in Plain Flour, Cocoa Powder and salt ; fold the ingredients until just combined (do not over mix or beat)
Bake for 20-25 Minutes or until the center of the brownie is set to the touch.
Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Slice them into 16 pieces. 
Serve fudge brownie with Scoop of Vanilla Ice-Cream.
