Tomato Soup
Ingredients:

8 Medium-Size Tomatoes Diced
1 Medium-Size Onion Diced
1 Celery Stick Diced
1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Oil or butter
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Litre of water
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream

Preparation:

Heat 2 table spoon of  oil in a large heavy bottom pan
Hold your hand over the pan until you feel the heat rising from the oil
Then add the diced Onion and Celery 
Cook them until they are slightly brown
Add Garlic paste and stir it for 2 minutes
Add Diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Cook while you Stir 2- 3 times so that it cook evenly and don't stick to the bottom of the pan
Once the tomatoes are soft add Water and cook it for about 20 minutes.
We need to blend this mixture. You can use a hand blender to do this or cool the mixture and blend it in a mixer.
Sieve the soup mixture and reheat 
Add sugar and fresh cream. If not in a desired consistency either add more water or just simmer for sometime.
Your Fresh Tomato Soup is ready to serve with some fresh cream swirled in.
