Ingredients for Kadhi:

Yoghurt (Dahi) 500grams
3 Glasses of Water 
Chick Pea Flour (Besan) 3Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chilis 3
Curry Leaves 2 stems
Oil 2 Tbsp

Ingredients for Pakodas/Bhajis:

Chick Pea Flour (Besan) 3 Tbsp

1 Large Onions Sliced
2 Slit Green Chilis
1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
Water 1/4 Cup
Oil for Frying

Preparation for Kadhi:

In a Cooking Vessel Add Yoghurt , Chick Pea Flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder and Whisk it well until smooth without lumps.
Add 3 glasses of water stirring slowly.

Preparation for Pakodas/ Bhajis:

In a Bowl Add Chick Pea Flour , Onions, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Podwer, Baking Soda and water and mix it well. 
Make the batter neither too thick nor too thin.

Cooking Kadhi:

Switch on the Stove and Cook the yoghurt mixture stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.
Cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.

Cooking Pakodas/ Bhajis:

Heat Oil for Frying the Pakodas.
Drop small portions of Pakodas batter into the oil.
Fry the Pakodas until golden and remove them from oil.
Add the Pakodas into the kadhi.

Tempering(Tadka) the Kadhi:

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan.
Add Dry Red Chilis.
Add Cumin Seeds.
Add Mustard Seeds.
Add Curry Leaves.
Transfer the Tempering all over the Kadhi.
Yummy Dahi Ki Kadhi is ready to serve with some Rice.
