Easy to Cook Vegetable Rice for Kids within 30 Minutes

Vegetable Rice |
Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice
1/2 Cup Peas
1/2 Cup Sliced Beans
1/2 Cup Carrots
1 Small Potato Sliced into small pieces
1 Onion Sliced
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Curd
Preparation:
Wash the Rice and soak it in 4 cups of water for about 15 minutes.
Cooking:
Heat Oil in a Pan and add Cumin Seeds.
Add Onions when cumin seeds are slightly brown.
Add Peas, Beans, Carrots, Potatos when Onions are slightly brown.
Fry all the Vegetables for about 2 minutes.
Add Ginger-Garlic paste and Curd ; cook for about a minute.
Add the soaked rice and cook.
Simmer the flame when water is reduced in the rice and dum it for 5 minutes with a lid on the pan.
Vegetable Rice is ready to serve ; with Raita.
